Sever Stabbing Pain, Painful, Cramps In Hips, Rib Pain, Bad Appetite. Help?

My 17 year old daughter has been complaining of severe sharp stabbing pain in several places. The worst place she says is right under her last rib on both sides, it gets to the point of her laying in a ball on her bed crying. She also said she has some sharp pain right in/under her left shoulder blade, and that in general most of her pain is on the left side (bad but mild on her right side). She also complains of on her left having a sharp pain directly next to her left breast under her arm . She says she has a crampy feeling near her hips, specifically her left side that radiates up to her rib pain. And also a sharp pain an inch or two from her belly button. She is due for her period in about a week so I don t know if that has anything to do with it. She has no fever and is not pregnant. As far as i know she does not drink or smoke . She spends most of the day sleeping (will usually be awake for several hours before getting too tired to move and falling asleep again. She hasn t been eating much, but she usually doesn t. Her pain seems to be worst at nights and the evening, but sometimes occurs during the day. Advil seems to be of no relief.
