Hello, My 25 year old brother fell 40 feet and landed on his head about 10 days ago. He has lost the majority of his left frontal lobe , his swelling didnt respond well to the standard meds and eventually he was entered into a trial, thiapentone didnt work but the craniectomy has released the pressure and he is now stable. His sedatives were stopped yesterday 16/7/2012 and today his hand, leg, mouth , eyes and head all had slight movments and his heart rate responded to touch, we just would like any advice on how to behave around him as he comes out of the medically induced coma (we was found unconcious and left that way deliberately). We dont know the extent of the brain damage but we know its severe, we are just scared how to act around him when he wakes. I know this is a big question and very specific but even the slightest tip would be appreciated, thankyou
