Should I Be Concerned About The Tiny Bumps On The Penis?

Hello I m 6 1 , and weight about 180. I work out and maintain a healthy lifestyle for the most part. My health query is about two micro bumps I found on my penis that are located just under the head of the penis on the reverse side, so i have no idea how long they have been there. now when i say micro i mean these bumps are tiny. I have never had unprotected sex before and it has been a awhile since my last sexual encounter. Should I be concerned?
