Should I Be Worried About Tiny Red Bump Near Clitoris?

I recently noticed a few tiny red pimples near my clitoris. They sting a little and area is sore when I wipe after urination. I had a pap month ago, came back negative. I haven t had sex for 13 years, but 3 months ago met someone. We haven t had intercourse but did have a few encounters when he did touch me...once rather roughly. I thought maybe he had scratched me. Is this something to worry about?
