Should I Be Worried About Watery Brown Bleeding After Laparoscopy And Hysteroscopy?

I had laparoscopy and hysteroscopy 2 weeks ago today. 26/10/2011. Two days later I had a bleed as I was due my period and lasted for 6 days. Today is 09/11/2011 and I've started bleeding a watery brown blood with clots. I'm also having lower back pain with mild headaches. I'm scared as I've already ha a period and I'm not due for another 30 days (my cycles are 44 days long).
