Should I Have A Full Hysterectomy If There Is A Cyst In Ovary?

I am 60 years old and have a 14cm Complex Cyst on my right ovary. Should i have a full hysterectomy with both ovaries being removed plus tubes, or should i have just the cyst and one ovary removed. I have been postmenopausal for about ten years. I have had a CA125 which was normal. 12mm endometrium which may contain some fibroids. What do you think is the best course of action? Many thanks.
