i have chronic abdominal pain and the transvaginal ultrasound I had resulted in an irregular shaped cyst with internal echoes in the right ovary this is suggestive of a hemorrhagic corpus luteum, I am having very bad abdominal pain and was wondering if this is an urgent matter.
