Should I Start TB Treatment If Endometrial Curetting Shows Mycobacterial DNA PCR?
Hi Doc, Mantoux test is negative for TB where as the TB-PCR with Specimen Source (endometrial curetting) says Mycobacterial DNA PCR detected. Genus is Mycobacterium and species is Tuberculosis complex. Should I start with TB treatment (Doc has suggested AKT -4) for 6 months?
