Should I Take Antibiotics For Yellow Spot On Clitoris?

Hi, I have a yellowish spot on my clitoris. I hadn't been experiencing any discomfort until recently partaking in the receiving of oral sex from my boyfriend, and it has hurt since then, today I looked at it, and there is a yellowish spot a few centimeters up from my urethra. Is this something anti biotics will take care of?
