I am 4 days post TAHBSO and removal of gallbladder due to small polyps.I was operated because I'd been monthsuffering from difficulty in urination and rectal pains whenever i am having my monthly period and special ly during ovulation.My doctor told me that my uterus adhered to the bowel and I need to walk and walk after surgery to prevent further adhesions but i'm quite hesitant to do it . please clear t
