Should Norethisterone Be Continued After A Positive Ovulation Test?

I have pcos. I started 1st cycle of clomid last month, and was told it did not work. So I waited until day 40 to start taking norethisterone to bring on my period (after taking a pregnancy test to ensure I was not pregnant)On day 42, I had a positive ovulation test, so my question is, should I continue the course of norethisterone (5 days left of the course) or should I stop taking immediately?Thank you.
