Should The Boy Be Taken To The Doctor After Bitten By A Dog And Taking Tetanus Shot?

My son was bitten by a dog this afternoon, the dog barely broke the skin. (just a few top layers, no bleeding) There is some bruising. The dog has his rabies shot and my son has had his tetanus shot. I washed the area and put neosporin on it. Should I take him to a doctor today?
