Soreness Over Left Nipple Followed By Swelling, Tenderness, Oozed On Squeezing. Worrisome?

I noticed my left nipple was really sore yesterday like it had been cut but nothing looked wrong with it. Then today, it was red and swollen and very tender and i pinched it a little to test the soreness n feel for abnormalties and pus came out. The first was a slight yellowish color then a thicker zit like white chunk came out, then more clear pus. Its still very sore. Should i be worried?
