Spider Veins On Back Of Knees, Thighs, Broken Capillaries On Nose. Daflon 500 Or Doxium 500 Prescribed. Advise?

I have spider veins developing on the back of my knees and thighs and broken capillaries on the sides of my nose. I went to a doctor today in Oman and he prescribed either Daflon 500mg or Doxium 500. I am not finding much information about these online. Also I would like to note that I m not in any pain my legs feel normal, but it just looks really ugly. Should i take these medications and will they help.
