General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
With these history and symptoms, there are 2 possibilities 1. Sinus infection 2. Injury in bone/mucosa in the lining of sino nasal cavity.
I advice you to get tested from your ENT specialist once using rhinoscopy then you may require CT scan to know if any bone fracture. Otherwise if infection get treated with antibiotic with anti inflammatory drugs.
Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further examination and management. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
