Strep Throat, Dizziness, Tiredness, Increased Hunger, Rashes. Due To Antibiotics Or Stress?

I have just got over strep throat for the 3rd time in 6 months. Just finished my last antibiotics today. The last couple weeks have been very lightheaded, dizzy, tired, hungry and shaky. Did blood test and waiting results. Now within the last 2 days I have broke out in a pretty bad rash of some sort all over my chest and back going down to top of my butt. They are super tiny red bumps with white on top( most of them). They do not itch just embarrassing! Please help! I have been pretty stressed lately...is that the culprit of rash or should I be alarmed?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
The rash may be an allergic reaction to the antibiotics.
You will require anti histamines.
See your doctor soon.
Regards, Dr Kishori.
