Suffering From Body Especially Headaches & Bumps On Right Ear

i have had headaches on the right side above my ear,time a ear ach as well,a headaches that throbs at simple,pain and to the front of my fore head,sore thoart,bad metalic taste in my mounth tongue feels swollen bitter,stiff neck,even my calf in my legs hurt,with sinus problems,the head ache has been going on for months,and got worse,i have gone to my local docotr,they have been treating me for sinus problemsmand gave me antibotics,no help,so i went to emergency room the doctor ther etold me i had a mirgraine,super headache,he gave me a shot in both sides of my spine ,and gave me Butal-Apap-caf50-325-40,the shot never fased me,or relieve dthe pain and the pills i got for pain made it worse,now have got some sores bumps that has formed above my right ear or where the dimple pain throbbed,the head has moved to front and to the left side,but more so to the right,vision been off some times,sore around eyes,face back neck and shoulder pain,i feel bad all over weak,the bad taste in my mouth is worse as well!
