Suffering From Sore Bottom Which Is Causing A Lot Of Pain

Hello my husband recently has started to complain of a "sore bottem" he says it feels as if he had suffered some sort of "trama" there. He has tried hemhorroid cream, suppository, and tucks medicated pads. He has found little relief from any of those treatments. He says it hurts all the time, a throbbing pain, unless he coughs, laughs, sneezes, or deficates. He has also noted that there is a jelly bean size on his perinium which is painful to touch. It also came on rather quickly, he has had hemhorroids before and says it does not feel like that.
