Suffering From Vaginal Infection And Swollen Vulva

Good morning Doc, please I am 26 years old and lives in Ghana. have a serious vaginal infection. for the past four years i have had a lot of blisters as a result af the itch i constantly get and my vulva get swollen as if they want to flake.
i have tried several medications which did not really work for me.
i just realised that when i squeez the swollen pores that itch so bad, black hard puss comes out of it which is so hard and its not oily, the small puss in it are sometimes whitish and they all smell alot. i am really suffering and need your assistance
