Suggest A Treatment For The Sprained Ankle

age 50, health good, allergy to aspirin, and penicillin. I sprained my knee. I am taking naproxen, flexeril and some aleve for the pain. I noticed in the shower that i have these tiny red spots on my foot. Never had them before. They do not itch. I am wondering if it could be one of these medications. Thanx for the timely reply.
