Suggest An Effective Treatment For Melasma

Sir, I am suffering from melasma for last 7 years on my forehead and cheeks. I am applying Sunscreen lotion and mixture of melalite and flucort h for last 2 years without any success. The blackness icreases instantly when i stop using melalite+flucort H. Please suggest some permanent solution
