Suggest An Effective Treatment For Pimples And Marks

my name is tania.i am 19 years old.i have too many pimple marks on my face and chin.i also applied good face wash for pimples but it doesnt worked.moreover i am doing home remedies to remove pimples and marks.but it did not worked at all.i am tensed because of my pimples.i also applied Fucicort cream for pimples without recommended by docter.it helped but not so much.i just want to remove my pimple marks and make my skin healty without marks and pimples..can u please help me fight my pimples..
