Suggest Creams For Dark Patches In Face

Hello, im 29 yrs old and have struggled with unwanted facial hair for quite sometime, the problem area i have struggled with the most has been the chin area where i have developed a large dark patch due to shaving, tweezing and tryind other methods in the past to remove the hair, at this time i am undegoing laser hair removal and just had the second treatment done but the dark area is still very noticeable is there any creams i can use to lighten the area during my laser treatments that i can also use to help lighten this area along with completely getting rid of this problem area. Please Advise
