Suggest Home Remedy For Sunburn On Arms,face And Legs

hi, i have a sunburn on my arms, face, and a little on my legs. there are goosebump-like bumps on the burns and every time i scratch it (i can't help it!) the bumps become more distinct. i've never had a reaction like this before.



i also have small blisters on my face. i have heard that apple cider vinegar is a fast healing cure for sunburn, but at the moment i have only got apple vinegar and white vinegar. could you give me a home remedy using apple or white vinegar?
