Suggest Management For PCOS

hello doctor,

my name is mital, age 27+ , height 5".4'. , married.

I under go 2 surgery, 1st is appendicitis in dec. 2009 after my marriage & now septoplasty - nasal septum in sep. 2011.

still i have problem like pain in stomach and cold & chogh problem.

near by in starting of 2009, my sonography report showing i have PCOD problem n since there i am taking medicine on treatment of that & now since 6 mth i stop to take any medicine for PCOD.

can u sguggets me the food & other treatment to solve my problem.
