Suggest Management For Suspected PCOS

i went through pelvic and renal ultrasound with endovaginal scanning because of my irregular periods. and the findings ae that the ovaries are prominent with right having a volume of 12 cc and the left a volume of 10 cc, both contain small predominantly peripheral follicles and PCOS suspected.can you please explain and recommend what should be my next step?
