Suggest Medical Advice For Controlling Pain.

Hi Doctor, suffering from acute pain on and off ford last three days. it is on right side and is kidney stone pain. got ultrasound about 2 months back and showed 3-4 calculus of 4--7 mm size on both sides. pain episodes have happened about 7-8 times in last few years. just taking emergency painkiller through drip and i.v. Don't have access to urologist or ultrasound here. will be able to get it done by tomorrow. Please suggest me if it is better to have Meftal- Spas or Ultacet for a night.
