Suggest Medication For Chronic Dizziness

I have problem of dizziness. When I consult dr. they asked me to take xray on the neck. The result is Early spondylotic changes in certival spine . They suggested for regular neck exercise. But still I have dizziness. Can I take vertin regularly?
