Suggest Medication For Chronic Migraines

Hello.. I m a 38 yr old female. My wt. is 125. I have been having chronic migraines but only on the right side. Pain starts at base of skull and radiates down my neck, shoulder and arm. I have had a C.T. and cervical xrays-all negative. Since its negative my drs have gone no further. I sometimes have 2-3 episodes a day. Sometimes it will wake me 2-4 times a night. During the headache my speech is affected and vision in right eye is blurry. When the headache is over my right side is weak. I have done physical therapy, accupuncture and many other things to no avail. I have a hx of head trauma and injuries to my back along with degen disc dz in L4-L5. Its my upper back that is sore and is extremely sore next to spinal column on the right side. My muscles get hard and twitch. my muscles constanly ache and feel like a bad sunburn.
