Suggest Medication For Chronic Yeast Infection And Bacterial Vaginosis

I suffer from CHRONIC vaginal yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. I have the Mirana IUD and also can produce LITERALLY no lubrication....I've tried everything!! NO treatment or doctor in the US, The Czech Republic or India can do me any good....Any advice (tho I'm sure I have tried it allllllllllllllllllll!)
