Suggest Medication For Eye Irritation,body Pain And Constipation

haiii,im 26 yrs old female,im working in a Bpo. I was suffering from fever for the past 3 to 4 months,Month by month i got fever then i went to the physician they advised me to take tablets but i followed two days and then temperature comes down.In the last month of date 7 my fever was high and symptoms like eye irritation,head ache,bodypain,constipation were there.I took the widal blood test on the date of 01/12.The report showed 1:80 positive.Now im undergoing homeopathy treatment from 10/12.At the time period of 10/12 to 25/12 i dont have any fever but i got tired at sometimes..Now fr the past 3 days i feel Feverish and i hv taken the tablet Dolo650 3 times a day(only 1 day).im in rest for the past 3 days.onceagain i tested my blood on 27/12 the report shows 1:80 positive.kindly guide me to recover from this.As im in proper diet and taking medicines regularly ,how can i get fever and upper abdomen pain and skin irritation?i also have a doubt that ,will this give critical problems and when will i recover from this?whats the diet i have to take?
NOTE:I already suffered from typhoid before 3 Years
