Suggest Medication For Fishy Odor Through Vagina Along With Excess Discharge

I am 20 years old with a fishy vaginal odor accompanied by a great amount of discharge. I've tried switching soaps and clothes detergents, but this seemed to only make the odor worse. I have no pain, burning, or itching. What could this be, and can I treat it without antibiotics? (I would like to take a herbal supplement, if possible)
