Suggest Medication For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

hello doctor i have been experiencing irregular menstruation since when started having my periods. it some time take me four(3) to (4) months before i get my period.even under medication before i experience it. primolut n .some time even when some months it doesn't come. after this use it i experience headache and even can't hear properly.pls prescribe a different medication for me.even as at now two months i have not had my period.pls i need ur help.
