Suggest Medication For Pain And Swelling Of Wrist

I jammed (compressed) my wrist by slamming my elbow to the ground with a heavy weight in my hand. My hand was right over my elbow and the direction of the pressure was directly into my wrist. It s starting to swell now and the pain is increasing. Any idea what s wrong?
