Suggest Medication For Pain In The Wrist After Removing Cast From Wrist

I had wrist surgery in 2001, but re-broke the lunate bone shortly after the cast was removed. I did not know how bad my wrist was until 2008 when the pain got much worse and a doctor told me that the fake bone was out of place and grinding on the bone in front of it. This also caused two other bones to shift places. In 2009 my shoulder was ripped out of socket because of the wrist and now is prone to pain and dislocations. I am 27 years old, 5''9' and 180 pounds. My question is how can I get this fixed.
