Suggest Medication For Rosai Dorfman Disease

Sir,

I am Yogesh Singh from Bhopal. My son Ayush is eight and half year’s old and suffering from Rosai Dorfman disease for last 7 years. Sir I want to your consultation for above case. Investigation has been done by PGI Chandigarh.At present my son is under observation of PGI Chandigarh.

At present his profile is given below:

1. Age:                    8 years 6 Months

2. Weight:               34.3 Kg

3. Height:               139 cm.

4. Haemoglobin:          11.5 gm% (As on 10/10/11)

5. Spleen:            3 cm bellow left costal margin.

6. Cervical Lymph node: Nil

7. General activity:      Very well.

8. Medicine given:      At present no medicine being administered. In past, only four drugs of ATT were being administered from June 05 to March 06.

(ATT were being administered because first FANAC was done on 31/05/06. and reported Tuberculosis Page no.12)

*Second FANAC was done on 25/10/05 reported Rosai Darfman Diseases also first FANAC report revised to Rosai Darfman Disease.(Page no. 6)
