Suggest Medication For Severe Headache Due To Acute Polysinusitis

Im Doris Ojeda, 5 4 in height and 217 lbs. Im having a severe headache for two weeks now, i went to the doctor and had an mri which showed acute polysinusitis. I was confined for 3 days and was already discharged. I was given pain relievers but it seems to give me only relief. My doctor did is a neurologist and did not refer me to a ENT. can you give me other options for treatment?
