Suggest Medication For Swelling And Pain In Labia Majora

Hi my left lower Labia majora is swollen is no lumps on it and there is no discharge no bleeding no cuts on it it just looks regular except it s just feels like bigger than that the right side and it hurts when I touch it hurts when I walk in ahead so I sit down and it I m just in a lot of pain like this I feel like it s swollen I don t know what to do? What can I use to make the swelling go down and the pain go away L what is the cause of this please help
