Suggest Medication For Yeast Infection Which Is Causing Burning And Redness Around Vagina

I was on antibiotics for 10 days and may have a yeast infection. Outside my vagina is red and burning. I also noticed a spot that looks like dried blood on the tip of my vagina. I have 65 years old and had a complete hysterectomy in my 30 s. I also started steroids today for a throat/sinus infection that did not get better from the medicine. I have not have a gyn check up in about 1 1/2 years. Wasn t sure if I should see doctor for the yeast infection or see someone regarding the spot on vagina. I had cervical cancer when I was 25 but it never spread.
