Suggest Medication Of Skin Chafing In The Inner Thigh

I have a problem during the summer where my testicals and inner upper thighs begin chafing. Typically a little baby powder has remedied the problem but yesterday I did an unusual amount of walking in the heat and now those same areas are chafing really badly and the skin has begun to pee. How can I cure this and prevent it moving forward. The itching is currently painful and has slowed my walking as a result.
