Suggest Medication To Get Rid Of Hepatitis C Virus

Hi Doctor, My Father in Law is suffering from Hepatities C Virus, at the initial stage when we found him with aroung 2Lkh of Virus then after it was reduced to nealry 47k but now again in the latest test the virus count is nearly 6Lakhs this is increased within 6-7 months from his last test. so now he is realy tired of and lost his strenth.. so which medicin do u suggest.. english or ayurvedic ? which wil do better? pl suggest... thanks
