Suggest Options For Fibroid Treatment Other Than Surgery

Dear Doctor,
I am 28 years of age weighing 68kgs. I was recently diagnosed with fibroids, 4cm each and I am worried. I do not have kids yet although I have not been trying. I got married this year and we were planning to have our first baby hopefully after next year. I am so scared of surgery since all my life I have never been hospitalized or seriously ill. What are my options?
