Suggest Possible Medication For Acne & Hair Loss Due To Dandruff

Hi, I have been suffering from Acne for past 6 years and have tried various medicated gels/ointments prescribed by different doctors. Now, for past 6 months i am not applying any such creams, as iam fed up of trying remedies with no permenant solutions. Through my friend, i heard about placentrix gel. Will this work for me? I have a mild dandruff and I wash off my hair with Pantene anti-dandruff shampoo every alternate days which controls the issue. Kimdly suggest about the placentrix gel. And a shampoo which controls both dandruff and hair fall.
