Suggest Precautions To Prevent Miscarriage

I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant, went ans had an ultrasound today and tech said I had an abnormal shaped sac and low fetal heart rate. She informed me that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. Is there anything I can do to help my unborn child survive?
