Suggest Remedy For Interstitial Cystitis

I suffer from Interstitial Cystitis (not officially diagnosed yet), mood swings, IBS-C, extremely dry skin/eyes/lips/vagina, Pudendal Neuralgia, Occipital Neuralgia, and just overall generalized nerve pain. I have been keeping a journal for over 2 years now and all of these symptoms seem to revolve around my menstrual cycle. I seem to feel at my best the week and a half following the first day of my period but then as soon as I approach ovulation/menstruation again my symptoms start to worsen (the dryness, the bladder/urethra pain, more frequent urination, and neuralgia pain, irritability). These symptoms first began about 8 years ago (at 30 yrs old) and have progressed. I have seen a series of doctors but (long story short) no satisfactory conclusions have been come to as of yet. Any ideas on what conditions I may want to focus on with my doctors?
