Suggest Remedy For Bacterial Vaginosis With No Help From Antibiotics

I have been having issues with itching for years now. I recently thought I had another yeast infection, but the Monistat wasn't doing anything but making me more irritated. When I looked down there, i noticed a ton of little white dots along my labia minora. I went to the gyno since I was concerned, and she checked me pretty thoroughly and said I had bacterial vaginosis. I took the antibiotic for it and finished it 4 days ago. The little white dots are still there and haven't changed. They look almost like taste buds and have a rough texture like the taste buds sticking up from the tongue. These were NOT there a few weeks ago. Is this normal? Do they go away? Should I be concerned?
