Suggest Remedy For Breathing Issues Due To Acid Spill

I had battery acid spill on my skin when picking up a battery from walmart, dont really have any skin redness just dry and cracked on the hand, but the next day I had headache and felt nauseau. Now three day later I am having touble breathing thru my nose and have a sore throat. Is this from the battery acid and what should I do?
