Suggest Remedy For Bruise In Shin Bone

hey my daughter fell badly on her shin bone when climbing a ladder for her garden slide. it was a couple of days ago and the bruise is quite large but more concerning to me is the fact it is plain skin coloured in the middle and very raised and then green and brown around the edge. she is only three years old and very slight in stature and petite, should i be concerned she has splintered the bone. she is walking running and jumping on it with no trouble at all. any advice
