Suggest Remedy For Bump In Nose Due To Piercing

i had my nose pierced for the first time last year which had problem healing. There was this extra growth of skin next to the stud. Like a bump. I knewit was an infection, which i thought by popping it i can heal it but it got worst. Then i took out the stud and let it heal. Now 2 weeks ago i decided to get my nose piercing again.. for a week it was ok..but now its starting all over again. The bump is back. I've been reading and i think this is some sort of allergic reaction. That's when i saw in someone's page they mentioned "keloid"... could it be that? There's an extra small skin around the piercing. Please help me. What to do? I have tried some home remedies like tumeric or salt.. it doesnt work.
