Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Lips

I have two bumps on my lip. The first one is kind of near the corner of my lip, but near the inside of my mouth. Not directly inside the lip or mouth or anything. One is like a grain of sand, and the other is a little bigger because I've had it for years. Herpies is usually more noticeable from the pics I've seen online. Any thoughts?
The other is on the other corner, but near the top of my lip. In my little kid pictures, it's evident there too.
